is a division for men who have just had their first baby in the past year.
Dads 2.0
For Dads with children of all ages.
Dads 2.0 is a smaller deeper group meant for deeper dives. Men will receive support on topics across family life.

Dads 2.0 is a deeper dive for men with children of any age. These weekly therapeutic groups are small and focus on how fathers can relate to themselves, their coparent and their child better. For more information email adam@dadswithwisdom.com or click below to set up an initial interview.

My initial motivation was my wife to be honest. She kept suggesting the class, saying it would be good for me. So I figured why not give it a chance and it was definitely worth it. It was a relaxing space that didn’t put much pressure on me. I enjoyed just being able to be myself. The group was great because it gave me an opportunity to speak with fathers in the same position as me and I was able to have conversations that wouldn’t normally come up on a normal basis."
