Prep Team

Getting clear, getting support, getting healthy and getting ready. If you are just embarking on considering being a father, already engaged in trying or in the midst of early pregnancy this is the group for you. The group will provide regular topics to discuss while also leaving space for group led conversation and supportive information. Topics will include strategies to support a healthy mental, physical and emotional experience heading into fatherhood. Topics will also include how to support yourself, your partner and future children.

Time of day will either be 12pm or 4pm on Tuesdays beginning Sept 16th- March 9th. Cost will be $23 a session for 20 weeks totaling $460.
